
- INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml JJ Artisanal Vodka
- 20ml Falernum
- 25ml Pressed apple juice
- 20ml Lime juice
- 15ml Ginger beer
- Mint leaves to garnish
- METHOD:
- 01 – Add all ingredients apart from ginger beer into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- 02 – Double strain into a highball glass filled halfway with cubed ice.
- 03 – Add crushed ice to the brim of the glass and add ginger beer.
- 04 – Garnish with mint sprig.
