Elevated Mule

  • Ingredients:
  • 50ml JJ Whitley Gold Artisanal Vodka
  • 20ml Falernum
  • 25ml Pressed apple juice
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Ginger beer
  • Mint leaves to garnish
  • Method:
  • 01

    Add all ingredients apart from ginger beer into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.

    Double strain into a highball glass filled halfway with cubed ice.

  • 03

    Add crushed ice to the brim of the glass and add ginger beer.

  • 04

    Garnish with mint sprig.
