Apple & Mint Spritz
- Ingredients:
- 35ml JJ Whitley Artisanal Vodka
- 15ml Martini Bianco
- 20ml Apple lemon cordial
- 50ml Bitter lemon
- Mint sprigs and apple slices to garnish
- Method:

Add all ingredients apart from the bitter lemon into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.

Strain over crushed ice in a spritz glass and top up with bitter lemon.

Garnish with mint sprig and sliced apples.
